I'm a happy customer!
‍I've ordered their clothing through both Amazon and their website and am impressed with the quality, comfort, and inclusive sizing as well as the price. On my recent order I had an item arrive damaged and their customer service was very helpful and fast to resolve the problem by offering me a refund. Absolutely will shop with them again.

Rude customer experience
‍Awful awful customer service, refused to help and do not even allow me to call, speak to a manager or another agent. You get one agent and that’s it ! He was unbelievably rude and I couldn’t do anything , I even told him I will put his name as the worst customer service representing and his reply was thank you for putting my name.
Ordering is easy and all, but if you face a problem you know it not going to be resolved, you will just get attitude

I’ve seen some people saying that they dropship from aliexpress.
‍Yeah I found at least one example of that, though sadly I cant find everything meaning I can't really buy everything I want from Cider on ali.For example: fuzzy-cardigan-with-rose-button on cideris sold as: "Merodi Sweet Ladies Autumn Single Breasted Knitted Cardigans Girls Rose Button Cute Sweaters Women French Style Mohair Sweater aliexpress.com/ item/ 1005001466691297.html (I didn't link it because I dont think im allowed to link)The price isnt insanely different though (19 on ali, 29 on cider) though.

I just bought a sweater and earrings from them
I haven’t received it yet but from what I’ve seen the clothes seems high quality but my order is shipped from China I think so that’s kinda sus.. also the other replies saying the designs are ripoffs :/ I’ll come back w a review of my order when it gets here
Update:
So I initially ordered near the end of January and got it a few days ago (beginning ish of March), it arrived safely and my stuff looks fine! I realized I accidentally ordered the wrong sweater colour so hhfhshsbcjd but anyways it’s cute. The earrings are fine too! I checked the tag in my sweater and it says it’s 100% wool ,,,, I’d post pics but not rlly sure how and I can’t make an imgur account rn

Is Shopcider a scam or a legit TikTok store?
‍I shopped there and had a very bad shopping experience...A two weeks delay, followed by 3 missing items upon arrival.When I complained, I was offered either store credit with the value of my missing items (oh, with 10% compensation), or for them to resend the items- ending in a 7 week delay!When I explained that I feel like I deserve better compensation, I was met with no help or consideration.I do not recommend shopping here. (I try posting this experience in as many review websites as possible in order to warn people).

“Awesome Customer Service”
Believe it or not, it's not only the fabulous clothes on Cider that make me want to go back; it's the awesome customer service as well. There will be times where issues with clothes come up, that's inevitable but I know I'm okay because their customer service is there 24/7 to take care of me; answering within minutes and solving my issues "expert-ly". Definitely buying something again!
‍Tip for consumers:
Lots of Flash Sales and they do lives where a model tries on clothes so you could see how they fit on you.
